1. RETURNS: Material Return Authorization Approval (RMA #), is required on all discrepant material requests prior to a return. Material received without an RMA # will be returned to the sender. Noel Technologies may request a sample of the material prior to issuing an RMA#. Noel must be notified in writing of Non-Conforming Films within 30 days of Customer’s Receipt. ALL Material must be returned with the assigned RMA # for Engineering Inspection, prior to Determination of Corrective Action. Material not returned will be considered conforming and accepted.
2. LIABILITY: Noel is not responsible for material damaged or broken in process. Financial Liability is limited to processing performed at Noe Technologiesl. Prices are based on bare, non-patterned wafers.
3. QUALIFICATION: Required for New Customers placing orders in excess of 250 pieces.
4. MIXED MATERIAL: All material received for oxidation will be subject to a reprocessing charge when Crystal Orientations and/or dopant concentrations are not consistent within same lots.
5. PARTICLES/Metals: If particles and/or metallics are part of the customer’s specification, NOEL TECHNOLOGIES must be informed in writing of the requirement at time of quotation.
6. RUSH CHARGE: (Upon Acceptance)
7. PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 Days upon Credit Approval
8. CANCELLATIONS: None accepted
9. SORTING/INSPECTION: $250.00 FOR SORTING/INSPECTING CUST. MATERIAL |
