With the latest expansion completed, Noel Technologies has a normal operating capacity of 5,000 wafers per day. A contingency plan enables the company to expand capacity, as needed, by an additional 2,000 wafers per day. Noel processes all films in a certified, Class 10 cleanroom. The production environment is built on a raised floor system with 100% laminar flow. Automated material transfer equipment and air ionization mini environments in all critical production areas.
